When I was little I was afraid of the La Brea Tar Pits.

Scared I’d get sucked in, stuck down there with history,

struggling to get out.

Didn’t understand that they were way over in California,

no threat to me here in Tennessee.

In Tennessee we have other ways of getting stuck.
